God’s commands for us are not suggestions. He does not give us his Word so that we may then pick and choose which parts to believe or follow. The Almighty God is serious about all of his Word. Our Savior Jesus always had a love for the Word of God and a desire to uphold it. Moved by his love for us, we strive to be just as devoted to God’s Holy Word.
