When Jesus commissioned the Church to go and make disciples of all nations at His ascension, His instruction assumed the need for continuing Christian education. As we rejoice in the mission of Christian education that we undertake as a congregation through our many institutions and programs we ultimately see that all of Christian education boils down to this: Followers of Christ crave training in the Word so that they may tell others about the Word.
